At Hinokami Distillery, we have defined ‘elegance’ as the central theme of our malt whisky and are committed to its gradual evolution. With ‘HINOKAMI NEW BORN #1’, released in October 2025, we expressed the very essence of the elegance we strive for, despite the spirit being young.
With the release of ‘HINOKAMI NEW BORN #2’, we have taken the ‘brightness and vibrancy’ demonstrated in #1 as a solid foundation and taken the next step forward for HINOKAMI.

At ‘BAR Shinkai’, we serve this whisky by the glass: 45ml for 3,960 yen, 30ml for 2,640 yen, and 15ml for 1,320 yen.
