is a bottle that unravels the whisky-making traditions
and the stories woven by the Yamazaki Distillery.
It is a blend of a diverse range of malt whiskies characteristic of ‘Yamazaki’,
including Mizunara oak cask-strength and Spanish oak cask-strength whiskies.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Amber with reddish hues
Nose: Dried persimmons (rich sweetness), with a hint of cloves
Taste: Rich and complex, with notes of orange marmalade and the sweetness of adzuki beans
Finish: A long, complex aftertaste featuring smoky and spicy notes
