Today we are pleased to announce the arrival of the newly released Single Malt Kanosuke 2021 Second Edition from Kanosuke Distillery.
Vatting multiple barrels with the key being the original wine aged in bourbon barrels.
Like the First Edition, this single malt Japanese whisky is made with non-peat malt, distilled and aged at the Kanosuke distillery in 2018.
The bottle gives the impression of being a little stiff and violent right after opening, but it opens up little by little as time goes by. After a very small amount of water is added, the aroma seems to have regained its composure, and it changes to a clean, crisp mouthfeel. The impression changes drastically. Like the First Edition, this whisky has been highly evaluated by whisky lovers since its release.
