Deepening of Okinawan single malt whisky “Ryuka
The previous product was characterized by aromas of dried grapes, figs, and roasted nuts derived from sherry casks, as well as a short-ripe but rich flavor with an oaky feel. This time around, we turned the tables and used bourbon casks to pursue the appeal of an authentic whisky. The aroma of orange and vanilla derived from bourbon barrels, with a smooth sweetness like custard. Spicy nuances such as cinnamon and cloves derived from Spanish oak barrels are added to create a simple yet complex flavor with a sense of depth.
