Yakushima Island, a World Natural Heritage Site, is blessed with steep mountains and abundant water. MARS The Y.A.” is a Japanese whisky made by maturing the malt from Komagatake and Tsunuki in the MARS Yakushima aging cellar on this island.
The “#04” is vatted mainly with malt malt aged in bourbon barrels, and has nuances reminiscent of moss covering the forests of Yakushima, peat-derived aroma, and tropical yellow fruit aroma, and a full-bodied and long aftertaste.
