The beautiful changing seasons that grace this land, and the culture of craftsmanship nurtured by the lives of its people. The grand cycle of nature and water, the delicate shifts of the seasons and the skill of human hands, have nurtured a whisky born only in Japan, born only in Toyama.
From the Tōyama Prefecture’s Tonami Plain, rooted in its land yet challenging the world, comes SABUROMARU Distillery’s blended whisky ‘SABU’. It embodies Japanese aesthetics and the spirit of Tōyama. From here in Tōyama, we deliver it to the world.
‘SAB.’ was born in December 2024 as a blended whisky crafted by the Saburomaru Distillery. Under Saburomaru’s mission of ‘Rooted in the region, standing tall in the world,’ it has released series such as ‘SUNSET RED,’ ‘NIGHT BLACK,’ and ‘SNOW WHITE’ (Hokuriku region exclusive).
‘OCEAN BLUE 1ST BATCH’ is Saburomaru’s pinnacle blended whisky, harmonising a robust Saburomaru malt blended with deeply matured grain spirits and diverse spirits from bourbon casks, sherry casks, and wine casks. Enjoy its rich and profound flavour.
