The second in the series, single malt whisky “Yamazaki Story of the Distillery” is a bottle that unravels the story of the Yamazaki Distillery, which has a history of over 100 years, and its craftsmanship.
The bottle’s Echizen Washi paper label and box depict the kiln that was used to dry the distillery when it was first built.
The 2025 EDITION introduces the story of the Yamazaki Distillery from its early days, including the thoughts that led to the construction of the distillery and the days of study to improve the quality of whisky.

Aroma: Dried persimmon (rich sweetness), with a hint of clove
