【New Item】Single Grain Uonuma 8years old Rice Whisky 2025 LIMITED SINGLE GRAIN JAPANESE WHISKY

Since 2008, Hakkai Brewery has released authentic shochu made mainly from rice and sake lees produced at the Fukasawahara distillery located in a corner of Uonuma village. 2016 saw the debut of an authentic rice shochu aged in oak barrels. In 2016, we started a unique rice grain whisky making process in Uonuma, utilizing the knowledge and skills we have cultivated in the distiller’s brewery.

Rice grain whisky is a unique style of whisky made primarily from rice. We used “Raiden-sama no Shimizu” (Raiden’s fresh water) as our brewing water, which delivers the purity of flavor we seek, and 2025LIMITED using sake yeast. It is a rare whisky that is rarely found anywhere else in the world, made by slowly aging for eight years only the original whiskey produced in our original pursuit based on traditional whisky manufacturing methods. Please enjoy the sweet aroma reminiscent of vanilla and flowers nurtured in the rich natural environment of Uonuma.
