【New Item】Kizakura Tanba single malt whisky

Kizakura is a major sake manufacturer, but they are now releasing a wide variety of products, including beer and whisky.
The whisky produced by Kizakura was initially distilled in stainless steel tanks, but now that they are operating copper pot stills, it is expected that their production will become even more serious.

Although the number of bottles produced is not large at present, the supply will increase a little in the future, and I believe that they will definitely become one of the leading whisky makers in Kyoto in the future.

This product, which will be Tamba’s standard product, expresses the “gorgeous and core flavor” that Tamba Distillery aims for by blending the original whiskey aged in a variety of barrels, mainly bourbon barrel whiskey. It is characterized by a bright and gorgeous aroma and a full-bodied, deep finish.

At “BAR SHINKAI,” each glass is available for 3,300 yen (45ml), 2,200 yen (30ml), and 1,100 yen (15ml).
