BAR Shinkai Azabujuban celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. Thank you very much for your patronage.
We have produced a limited edition bottle of Ichiro’s Malt to commemorate the 15th anniversary of BAR Shinkai in cooperation with Chichibu Distillery (Venture Whisky Co., Ltd.), famous for its Ichiro’s Malt, which is overwhelmingly popular both in Japan and abroad.
Several overseas bottles aged for around 10 years were changed to hogsheads at the Chichibu distillery and additionally aged for approximately 5 years starting in 2019. The average age of the bottles is around 15 years.
The label design was created by our bartender Higashi, and features the motif of “Tokyo Tower” and “Zojoji Temple,” which symbolize Tokyo’s Minato Ward, where the three BAR Shinkai stores are located.
