Package Design
We will also explain the meticulously designed packaging, which incorporates Japanese aesthetics throughout. The bottle was designed to embody the brand concept of “a whisky with feminine elegance and a dignified strength at its core.”
The shape of the label also expresses the elegant stance of the dancers. The carton and label feature the brand color of green as a base, with gold foil stamping, creating a package that is distinctly Yamaga, evoking the rich nature, tradition, and culture of Yamaga.
The design features motifs of dancers from the Yamaga Lantern Dance, with decorations reminiscent of the overlapping layers of yukata fabric and obi sashes.
The distillery emblem is engraved on the shoulder, and the word “Yamaga” is engraved in brush script on the bottom of the bottle. Please enjoy this Japanese malt whisky.
